NWS Indy is picking up on it now. Take a gander at their morning forecast discussion.
The 12z is bone dry now - http://wxweb.meteostar.com/sample/sample.shtml?text=KOKK - and I just don't see any hope. Looks like a nice parade of storms for the south over the next couple of weeks.
I think IND was just trying to mimic what IWX said yesterday. Of course today IWX is no longer supporting a snowy solution.
