Yea! It's Raining...

With the exception of some rain fade on the DirecTV Satellite, I couldn't be happier that it is raining. (I guess watching a Dirty Harry movie for the 100th time wasn't in the cards.) We have received 9/10" already and I suspect we will top one inch before the rain tapers off.

Tomorrow could see us on the eastern edge of a cold front and the left overs of Hurricane Gustav. The SPC has us near the slight risk area for severe weather. I would expect active weather to begin around the dinner hour.
