IT IS SPRING, RIGHT?

I guess winter does want to offer up one last blizzard before it retires for the season. The panhandle of Texas, Oklahoma, and Southwest Kansas are in for a blizzard with snowfall of 12+ inches. Kind of a bitter pill for snow starved here in Indiana.
