Overnight Thunderstorms

Thunderstorms are to out northwest and stretch back through Missouri. They have been slowing inching their way down towards us. This is just a sneak peak at what will be a wild day of severe weather across much of the eastern US. A moderate risk for severe weather has already been issued for tomorrow and it would be expected a high risk will be issued around mid day when the most severe areas can be pinpointed.

Temperatures are steadily rising across the area as a huge surge area warm air moves over the great lakes. This will help set the stage for tomorrows severe weather.
