We are back with a freezing rain advisory until 4 AM. It looks slightly more settled down for our area currently on radar however more is headed our way. This entire week looks to be very difficult to forecast. Precipitation will fall through Thursday and temperatures are hovering near freezing for the most part.
Some areas in MO are suffering from this storm and are expected to take more hits for the next couple of days. Over 200,000 customers are reported without power. This system is producing ice, snow, and rain from Texas to Maine.
Area School Information: It is going to be extremely difficult to make decisions on school delays or cancellations since the temperatures will hover around the freezing mark. OK conditions on the morning could deteriorate during the day quite easily or turn even better. The NWS office are struggling to forecast 6 to 12 hours out so who knows what will be the call for several days next week.
