5:40 AM - Updated Ice Storm Warning Area

The entire northern area of Indiana has been updated to an Ice Storm Warning. The Indianapolis office of the National Weather Service is still debating and will likely decide in the next couple of hours on its decision. Of course Mother Nature doesn't really case what the map says and anything could happen anywhere.
