I can vouch that the roads are horrible, and NOBODY needs to be out tonight. If school is not delayed tommorrow, my kids may not be going, it's that bad. Howard and Cass Counties roads, including highways are extremely hazardous. It's bad enough that my truck was sliding after hitting even the smallest of road imperfections despite the greatly reduced speed I was traveling. This is the worst I have seen in at least 15 years.
